Do WIC Benefits Affect My Immigration Status?
No, WIC is not included in the public benefits considered in the “public charge” calculation. Using WIC does not influence whether a person, or their family members, is considered a “public charge” for immigration purposes. We look forward to helping your family make healthy choices, because everyone deserves access to healthy food. Learn how our County is responding to public charge.
