PROMOTORES
The Promotores Program is designed on reducing disparities for low-income Santa Clara County residents who are Transition Age Youth (TAY) and Adult and Older Adults (AOA) who are age 18 years and older. This is done by utilizing a non-clinical networking model among service providers to exchange information about activities and resources that promote economic stability, educational success, access to healthcare, housing, and legal services for families. The program is funded under the Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) component of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
If you are interested in learning about upcoming activities for the Promotores program please send an inquiry to promotores@gfhn.org and one of the Promotores staff will get back to you.
